Great rental!

We had a great time staying here on our trip to Denver. Communication with property owner was excellent and any minor issues were dealt with immediately. We all had a blast playing ping pong as well!

Great Christmas holiday for our family

The house was perfect for our family. Its in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the RTD. Had everything you needed. Beautifull decorated. Great backyard. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Retro in Arvada

We very much enjoyed out stay in this adorable mid-century modern vacation home! The host hasn't missed anything a traveler may need; from amenities, necessities, and recreation, this home had it all! Close to restaurants, shops, and a lovely park to walk the dog, we enjoyed everything about this home.

Overnight stay for Avs game

Came up from the Springs for an afternoon Avs game. The property is awesome! It had everything we needed and accommodated 4 adults, 4 kids and our dog. The hosts were super accommodating to all of our requests. Love Olde Town Arvada and the convenience of the light rail station to get to Ball Arena.

Family stay

My kids loved this spot. They loved the toys included in the “kid room” as well as the outdoor games. The host was very communicative and willing to help in any way. It was a great hub for adventuring to different parts of Colorado each day.

Great home in Arvada

We loved this well-appointed, clean, beautifully decorated home in a nice, walkable neighborhood in Arvada. Owner was wonderful and provided clear communication on everything. This was the perfect house to use as a base for visiting family nearby and for exploring Arvada and downtown Denver.

Cozy home with outdoor activities

We were in town to see family and friends for a few days. The home was perfect for us to gather at, grill, play yard games and visit! The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Emily was wonderful to work with and would stay here again in the future!

Fun house in great neighborhood.

Family trip to Denver, and we loved this house for its great location to everything. It is a fun house with lots to do in the backyard. It is nicely decorated and was very clean. Emily was always quick to respond to our questions. It was a really good experience.

Close to many areas, clean and very kid-friendly

Our family came to stay and explore the general area. The house was within an easy drive to many locations. The house was clean and as described. We had 4 kids, five and under, and the toys, games and set up worked really well. Emily was easy to contact and responded to any questions we had during our stay. Would recommend to others!

Super Clean and Attention to Detail

The home was immaculately clean!, All the indoor and outdoor games, the old school Nintendo system, and the large park half a block away gave some great additional family time. The host was incredibly responsive and made our family extra comfortable with a thoughtful hand written note and gift. Overall a great stay experience.

Retro charm

The house is a charming retro style house in a nice neighborhood. Worked perfectly for us as we had family in for a wedding and everyone was in the same area. My little dog appreciated the backyard, the kids like the ping pong table and everything was in order when we arrived.

Home away from home!

This vrbo was comfortable, affordable, clean, and had anything/everything you would need when you are traveling. There are small details that the host has remembered that truly make it feel like a home and not just a rental. There are plenty of games and toys to keep you entertained in the evenings/night, the outside patio is a cute little spot to sit and chat, and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals in vs going out. This location is close to multiple parks for kids, great restaurants, and a short drive to attractions such as Dinosaur Ridge and Red Rock. If you’re looking for a place to stay near Denver don’t think twice about booking this perfect vrbo!

Perfect spot for vacation!

This gorgeous house was perfect for our Spring break vacation. We are a family of 5 in Denver for a week, and the location was great for day trips to RMNP and Ft. Collins. We made it home each night with time for family dinners and games at the game table. The house was stocked with all the dishes and kitchen appliances we could need. The beds were clean and comfortable. The host was extremely receptive to questions we had and gave great recommendations for local food and activities! We will definitely be back!

Perfect for families!

What's first drew me to this place were the aesthetics (colorful, stylish, entertaining), but what sold me on choosing the place was that it had everything we needed. We were two couples, two 2 year olds, and a 5 year old. Emily provided a high chair and a pack n play, and there were lots of games (indoor and outdoor) to explore when we were at what my 5 year old called "the grey house." It's so nice to have those items provided as you're already lugging around so much stuff with small children. Emily was super nice and responsive; we couldn't have asked for a better host. One of our favorite things was walking to the nearby (amazing, beautiful) park. It's just at the end of the street so it was perfect for the times the kids needed to get their energy out but we didn't want to pack up and drive somewhere. I also have to say that it was a super close drive to downtown Arvada, which was super cute and had a lot of family friendly restaurants. This place was an easy drive to all the attractions of the area, and I hope we get to come back to "grey house" someday to explore more!
