Month Long Stay

This is the perfect spot to stay in Olde Town Arvada. I stayed alone for a month. Walked miles and miles every day. Always felt safe. Lots of entertainment and exercise opportunities at the park next door. Great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Hosts were attentive and helpful. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you!

We had an extended stay so our suggestions may not apply to a one-nighter. 1) TV often did not have sound 2) The front door does not close all the way 3) The heatingn/air condition unit needs to be cleaned and filter replaced 4) The room is cool all the time (except when hot outside) and kitchen and bath towels do not dry
