Good place to just have somewhere to sleep for the night. It is out of the way of public transport, so we had to use rideshare each time to leave and go back.
Disappointed that after 2 conversations with the manager, the key card to the room did not allow us to use the door closest to enter the building x 2.. Carpet in hallway/room smelt of urine.

It is very ran down, sink was clogged up, dirty carpets, uncomfortable beds. We had already paid for 4 nights, on our second day we asked to change rooms but they never did, I had to ask twice if they could do housekeeping.
TV didn’t work at all. Hallways were extremely dirty.
Very run down hotel. Dirty elevator with graffiti on walls. Beat up walls. Entry doors propped open at all hours. Room was just ok with good ac.
Check in was a little confusing- on Orbitz the property said it was pet friendly but at check in it said it wasn’t but then also said it was. We were able to bring our cats so I assume they were, in fact, pet friendly. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable but there was a mystery wet spot on the floor when we came in, the towels had hair and dirt marks on them, and there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the carpet the size of a deck of cards. The water pressure wasn’t the best either and the area surrounding the building looked… rough. The check in staff was incredibly friendly though and the room didn’t have any unpleasant smells.
Staff were friendly and helped in a number of ways to make our stay better. The hotel was a bit noisy at night and could use some repairs and deep cleaning, but it was good for the price.
The bed and pillows were great but a knock on our door at 2a.m. scared us. I didn’t feel safe after that.
Easy to get to. Liked that there was dinner food service. Liked that there was a full breakfast.
The place was decent. The bar and restaurant were fun with great bartenders and staff. The drapes in my room were torn and off the track. Overall it was a good stay, but feel they can do more in terms of upkeep.

We apologize for the issues you experienced. We are working on getting our housekeeping staff on the same page as us when it comes to coordinating room service. We're also changing our policy of automatically cleaning rooms every three days to every other day to alleviate stress when it comes to cleaning requests.
