A short drive to downtown Denver, Red Rock Amphitheater and Empower Field. You will love how close you are to it all.

This 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath space also offers a sleeper futon sofa to comfortably sleep up to 5 guests. Kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking, baking, and socializing! Carefully curated touches throughout the townhome are sure to make you feel comfortably immersed in the wilderness of Colorado.
All three floors are designed with your comfort in mind. The 1st floor offers a great place to stretch out on the couch or work at the custom live-edge wood desk. The Main Floor has an open floor plan carefully arranged for a feel of togetherness whether in the kitchen, dining room or living room. The 3rd floor has both bedrooms, the primary bedroom boasts a Cali King bed with a private bathroom featuring a walk in shower.
