Comfortable, clean and quiet

This was a very affordable and nice place. The king size bed was very comfortable. One of the better VRBO rentals we've ever had.

Barry provided everything I needed, including arranging to use the washer/dryer. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of insulation in the basement's ceiling, so I could constantly hear movement and walking around above me.

Great suite!

Perfect space to call home for a few days while we were visiting grandkids! Very easy to come and go. Lots of natural light and we enjoyed the peaceful view.

Great access to area amenities in quaint setting, providing adequate privacy. The space is well maintained inside and out but could use some updating for "style points". While the space is clearly cleaned on a regular basis there is a bit of wear and tear, nothing to shy away from, yet. Excellent communication from the owner/manager to ensure your comfort is priority 1!

We had a great stay at this guest suite. Impaccably clean and good bed. Barry, the host, is attentive and courteous! We had one issue with the door lock. He fixed it right away.

Very nice and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable suite. It was nicely decorated and had all you could need in the kitchen for a short stay. It was very convenient for us being a short distance from our daughter home. We came to help her with our grandkids while she was giving birth

It’s a really a really nice a cozy spot. Neighborhood was also pretty safe. Went for a run and all. Amazing backyard view.
