We stayed here for a month while our house was getting remodeled. It was great! Gorgeous house and gorgeous area. It was us and our 3 pups. We had a couple hiccups with the smoke alarms going off but the owner had excellent communication and sent someone over immediately. Would recommend!

The Little Blue House
The little blue house was a great surprise! Spacious, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom with bath was roomy and private for daughters family of 3. The cozy, fenced backyard was great for enjoying our morning coffee while our grandson played in the outside game room. The house offered toiletries and kitchen & laundry supplies. It sits on a one-way street with little traffic and is 3-4 blocks to Old Town Arvada (see the water tower from back yard). We walked for breakfast and dinner with drinks. Elementary playground across the street was another plus for grandson. Perfect stay for our extended family of 5!

Our stay was great. Everything about the property was as described. We enjoyed the extra touches and our time outside on the patio. The beds were comfortable the only suggestion I have is adding mattress protectors (but maybe that’s a me issue lol). We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Even better than the pictures
We have stayed in quite a few house rentals and most of them are sufficient but not exactly as advertised. This house was better than advertised. It was very clean and neat and fixtures were well thought out. It also had basic amenities plus some nice additional touches to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I return.
