Perfect stay

House was as advertised. Clean and big enough to accommodate our large party. Neighborhood felt safe and is in a great location. We enjoyed nightly walks to the various parks that are around. Love how close the property is to Southlands shopping center. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck at night and early mornings. If ever in Denver again would definitely stay here again.

2 day stay for LaCrosse tryouts at DU

The only thing this property lacked was security, my family was uneasy knowing that there was NO security at property. No blinds or Curtains on rear door so neighbors watched us as we moved inside of home, that was very creepy and made us feel uneasy.

Beautiful home in excellent location

My family and I stayed in this home for four nights while in the Denver area. The home is beautiful and had all of the room we needed for the 5 adults. I work remotely, so was able to utilize the desk in the master without disturbing the rest of the family. We had a blast using the beautiful deck, game room, and theater room. The house’s location is rxcellent with close proximity to the airport, city, and country. Barry was an excellent host, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with friends while hiking and visiting Red Rocks. We really only used the house for sleeping and showering. It gets the job done. Clean, safe and quiet neighborhood, close to Aurora/Centennial shopping and food. One thing that could be better: Put more towels in the bathrooms.

Beats staying in a hotel

Owner Barry communicated well with us during our stay. Clean and simple home, in a quiet neighborhood. After long days of sightseeing, it was nice to be come back and have plenty of room for our 22 yo and 17 yo to have their own space or hang out in the theatre or game room together. Girls Denver getaway

Great property would definitely book again. Property was well located for travel to Denver or surrounding area. House would work well for either a family or friends traveling together. The downstairs bedroom can be treated like a second primary. While we did not use it, there is a nice back deck that can be used to gathered. This is a very quiet neighborhood. This is a split level property so there are stairs to access each level but they were not an issue for us.
