Located just 1/4 mile from the scenic Sanderson Gulch Trail, which winds along a stream for 5 miles through parks, you’ll find a natural retreat in the midst of the urban landscape. For entertainment, the Levitt Pavilion Outdoor Amphitheater is less than 1 mile away offering over 50 free concerts annually.

The space
The main floor of this home is all yours with 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Also, a full patio with grill, furniture, and outdoor games. You will also enjoy the massage chair in the living room! We are pet friendly, with a dog park nearby.

Guest access
The entire main floor of the home is open to guests. The basement is occupied by our family but has a separate, locked entrance.

Gorgeous house…pristine and well-stocked. Quiet neighborhood. My two sons, daughter-in-law and myself were very comfortable here for the week of Thanksgiving while visiting other family. Highly recommend!

Long weekend in Denver

The house was great! The house was clean, neat and the hosts thought of everything, from great recommendations locally (we tried both the restaurant and ice cream!) to little touches, like charging stations, coffee and creamer, tea, condiments and even a yoga mat. We also loved the massage chair after a long day out. The beds and pillows were super comfy too. We had coffee in the backyard one morning, it was peaceful and a great spot to relax. Highly recommend and we’d stay again!
