Welcome to your home away from home! Located in the desirable Denver Sunnyside neighborhood, this 2 bed 2.5 bath detached house is a perfect home base to enjoy all that Denver has to offer. 15 minute walk to LoHI. 10 min drive to Empower Field, Ball Arena & Coors Field. Easy access to highways and downtown, walkable and bikeable! The house is clean and well equipped with huge windows and tons of light. Main level has a spacious open floor plan, full kitchen and office. 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms both with their own attached bathrooms.

This carriage house is at the edge of our large corner lot property, adjacent to our main house. It has it's own separate address, entrance, and porch. You have full access to the house, front porch, and small back patio. We respect your privacy as our guest and you'll only hear from us if anything is needed!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.

Throughly enjoyed staying at the property which is very well appointed with everything needed. The location in the Sunnyside neighborhood is perfect for checking out the local’s scene. Highly recommend this booking and I’ll be back.

Lovely house with modern amenities in nice neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our week in Denver at this house. Everything is new and convenient. The beds are comfortable and the big windows let in natural light. I actually think its nicer and bigger than the pictures. the work area is a small office. And its an easy 3 min walk to a nice coffee shop and food store. Hosts were very responsive.
