You`ll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to anywhere in Denver. But you may decide not to leave the neighborhood since it has a vibrant shopping scene, small contemporary art galleries, and cool cocktail lounges.
The main floor offers a gourmet kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked making meal prep easy. After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the TV.
There are three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this home. You will love the large master bedroom with the ensuite bath.
The home offers an open floor plan offering lots of room for you and the other guests. The hard wood floors are very complimentary to this brightly lit home.

This property is in excellent condition. We stayed here with my daughter who is 9 months old and other family members. The location is ideal across the street from a park walking distance to a lot of fun things. Street parking is very accessible and free. The neighborhood is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend to friends and family in the future. It was the perfect place for us to reconnect and have a great long weekend. The kitchen is stunning and very functional plenty of room to gather and play games or share a meal together. The natural light was unexpected and wonderful. Check in and check out were very easy. All linens provided were an excellent condition. We hope to come back and stay again.

Cute and super close to everything yet also in a quiet, cozy neighborhood. I also really appreciated all of the art, much of it original paintings by the artist! However, the place could really use a deep clean. Light switches, doors, and trim were all really dirty, and it looks like the edges and corners of the carpet hasn't been vacuumed in years.
