I loved the location and the place was perfect for a business travel and who's first time was in Denver. I only ask that they upgrade the pillows, it was hard to sleep with low quality pillows. However, other than that was a great experience.

Close enough to walk to downtown attractions and Rockies games. Walking distance to food, bars, and some museums.
The room itself was fantastic with provided linens, kitchen wares, and washer/dryer. I was on the second floor which has a partially obstructed view of downtown but at least had a patio. Was pet friendly.

Park on the street side required. Watch for signs that indicate which days you cannot park. I parked on 27th by the hotel which has plenty of parking on the street. There is a loading zone for the building so that you can load and unload at the building before you have to park
