Ideal for business travelers, couples, small groups, or longer stays, with a seasonal pool and convenient access to DTC offices, shopping, dining, and major Denver attractions.

This bright, third-floor setup combines the 1343 condo and 1344 studio, giving guests two sleeping areas, two bathrooms, and added privacy.

The Space

Living Area: Comfortable living area with a fireplace, Smart TV, and natural light, ideal for relaxing after work or a day out.
Workspace: Quiet desk setup for remote work or catching up on emails.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, cookware, dishes, utensils, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and the essentials for cooking at home.
Laundry: Dedicated in-unit washer and dryer in the 1343 side for convenience, especially for longer stays.
