PET-FRIENDLY POLICY We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. A little disappointment.
The hallway in the building needed work. The baseboards were missing and the carpet stained. The first 3 days of our stay there were 3 bags of garbage next to the elevator. The smell got worse with each day.
The condo itself was okay, not wonderful.

Amazing location for the 4th
We could not recommend this location enough! Truly one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver. Very clean and comfortable, right across the street from the delicious Zuni brewery. Amazing food and cafe options. Only downside is the award winning Mexican restaurant downstairs is gone and being replaced with a Korean hot pot. Not bad, but definitely a little disappointed. Otherwise, perfection.
