I had made arrangement to have a 2 p.m. check in. Two of our party has been traveling since 3 a.m. that morning. When they go to the house. They could not access it. After several texts (without response), we finally reached someone. The weather was so cold that our party had to take an uber to get out of the weather. The property manager told us that they code would now be working. We came back and it still was not working. Bottom line, we were not able to access the house until almost 3 p.m.Once we got into the house, there was not paper towels, very little toilet paper and no coffee. The first day we tried to take a shower in the master bathroom, the shower head broke off. My husband ended up buy a new shower head so we can take showers. I also texted the host to see if we could use the fire place but did not receive a response for over a day. I was advised that it is not operating.I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs but not with this particular management company. Not impressed. You need to raise your game!
