Beautiful place with all the essentials including a garage. Great setup! Know you will have outside stairs to go up and down but it was great exercise! Amazing condo

We stayed for two weeks while our house was under construction. Everything was exactly how it was described or better—a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Denver Vacation & Attend Wedding

The property was just as wonderful as the pictures show. Super clean. Liked the split bedroom floor plan, beds very comfortable. Everything you need is available and in like new condition (nice iron). Very quiet building and neighborhood. Neighborhood is great for walking. Condo located close to tollway, but easy to avoid by using local streets with little traffic. Great to have use of the garage too. Highly recommend and would rent again. Only caution would be that’s there’s no elevator and condo is on the third floor, making it a little more difficult carrying heavy luggage in and out. I’m 70, not use to the higher altitude of Denver, and had no problem using the stairs.

Safe neighborhood, pleasant stay!

My wife and 2 of our close friends stayed the weekend to take advantage of a local show and a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. Brenda was communicative and, overall, our stay at the property exceeded expectations. Everything was clean, the neighborhood is nice, and sleep was easy in the quiet environment (and comfy beds!). We may be reaching out in the near future should our travels take us out that way again!
