Lovely apartment in downtown Littleton; plenty of restaurants and shopping. Ideal place for a couple to stay. Parking spot is available with the unit but can be challenging at times. We will be back for sure!!

This loft is in a very nice location! My partner and I came to town for a concert at red rocks. We were very pleased with the close proximity to the city, red rocks, and hiking places. The host was very kind and responsive which we appreciated. We had a slight issue with someone parking in the reserved spaces, but the host was very kind and responsive and gave us alternate parking ideas. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear lots of hallway and outside noise. This was not an issue for us, but something to note. Overall, we had a good experience in this loft!

This apartment was everything it claims to be. I loved being right downtown. It was so comfortable and cool after spending time outside. I was there for a reunion and an old friend and I watched an 80’s movie together in the comfy living room on my last night there.

Lovely, quaint apartment in the heart of downtown Littleton. If you are seeking a walkable area, this place is ideal. Mango Tree Coffee, in-TEA and Born2Bake are a great way to start the morning. We especially liked checking out General Store 45 and PlayForge. Save some laundry quarters for Outlanes Pinball Lounge! The apartment’s management is very responsive. The apartment is as shown. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot for a romantic getaway in Downtown Littleton!

This is a home away from home! It has everything you might need or want for a romantic getaway. The furnishings are warm and inviting. Host has added a lot of personal touches like a books, magazines, games/cards, a yoga mat, kitchen memo board with local suggestions and even a King Soopers discount shoppers card you can borrow for grocery shopping. If you have a baby along, there's a portable crib and highchair! The unit is tucked away at the end of the hall and looks out on the quaint main street of historical downtown Littleton. You can walk to many shops and fabulous restaurants. Host, Jill, was easy and delightful to work with. She was flexible with our booking as we put up some out of town friends who were also helping us on a work project. Jill was friendly and very quick to communicate. Check in and out was easy-peasy.

Delightful Condo - Perfect Location

I was visiting family for an early Christmas gathering. We pretty much stayed on the Old Town strip, shopping, wining, and dining. The decorations in town were amazing. The condo was clean and quiet and the assigned parking spot was so helpful. Hope to get the condo next year for Christmas.

Excellent spot in a fantastic location

As a single woman traveling for work a lot, I truly appreciate well lit, safe spaces near main streets with access to food/community, and that offer comfort & amenities. This place has all of that! I love Littleton & was so happy here. I’ll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! What a perfect location to enjoy the charming downtown and nearby hiking/amenities. The place itself is clean and well-appointed, giving us a lovely home base. Jill was very responsive before and during our visit. Highly recommend!

Great location and apartment.

Check in process was seamless. Location was perfect - Littleton Main Street is quaint with lots of great dining and shopping. I took the train to Denver almost every day and the train stop is very close to the apartment. Super easy to buy daily train tickets and I felt safe on the train. The apartment was well equipped and I felt like I had everything I needed to be comfortable for a week.

Fantastic property and management

Couldn't have been happier with the property or management. Property is perfect size for 1-4 people. Within short walks of restaurants, shopping and just about anything you need. Likely have trips back to Littleton in the future and will be booking this property every time if it's available.
