It was convenient to all activities and to the other family members and to downtown Arvada and Denver and close to many resturants. The home was clean, neat with large bedrooms and living area. It was a great place to stay and we will look to stay there again. The owners were friendly and provided great instructions on the house, parking and were available for any issues if needed..

Stayed here for a Broncos game and couldn’t have picked a better spot! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to everything you might need, but still peaceful when you’re ready to unwind. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was beyond perfect! The hot tub was wonderful underneath the starlit sky. Love all of the beautiful flowers too! Mary sure makes it feel like home and I sure wish we had a shower that nice. The house was perfect for my mom who has disabilities. Thank you again! :)

We enjoyed Mary and Mike’s hospitality for almost a month. Their property is well located, near charming Olde Town Arvada and Denver’s light rail, which allows easy exploration of the city without fighting traffic or looking for parking. We highly recommend this property! An added bonus: We made two new friends.

Cute & Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious for my family of 4. We enjoyed the property and everything it had to offer. The living room comes with game boards and has a very comfy couch. We enjoyed the hot tub at night as well. The only reason I rated a 4 star is due to the fact that the home didn’t provide toilet paper or trash bags to change out. We looked everywhere and couldn’t find any so we needed to purchase. We also didn’t have an ironing board. Besides that the home was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Family getaway!

Our stay here was amazing! The hosts both went above and beyond to accommodate us during a heat wave and ensure our families comfort. They are very responsive and the house was clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We will absolutely stay again for future trips.

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood

We visited Denver for 3 days and we really value a quiet and calm neighborhood. This house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable. The shower was HUGE and a mean HUGE. It was spa like and great for soaking and really relaxing. Since we were in town for a few days, being able to come back after a busy day of taking the city in, it was important to be able to sit back and relax. The communication from our hosts was perfect. Thank you!

Great stay!

Overall it was a great stay for a group of 5 friends. Had everything we needed, plus more!Tons of amenities!! Centrally located for all our daily adventures! Mary and Mike even let us use their cooler for the car when we traveled all day for our lunch and drinks. Very helpful hosts! Would definitely recommend this place to stay. The hot tub was a bonus! The only thing I would suggest, would be a Bluetooth speaker. But we were able to hook up to Amazon music on the smart tv. Also, an antenna to watch local channels. :) Thanks again for a great place!
