We just wrapped up a long weekend in Colorado and really enjoyed this property as well as the overall experience with our host, Max. The property was well-maintained, very spacious, and conveniently located between Denver and Boulder. The check in process was simple and Max was very detailed and timely with the communication throughout. I’d highly recommend this property as well as Max as a host for anyone heading to the area.

Great location, great host

Max was great… we enjoyed our stay but found it difficult for 4 rooms to share one full bath. The house has an attic fan and they provide so many fans but the house got very warm during a warm July week! The location was quiet and safe and we were very pleased with Max’s responsiveness!

Great Space!

The house was wonderful! It was big enough for our group of 16 and gave us a lot of space to do a game night! Our friends loved the poker table and the arcade machines were such fun touches for them to verse on. It’s also not too far from good food spots and other fun places to check out. Aside from the house, Max was very responsive, considerate, and overall a great host! I’d definitely book again in the future!

We had a great time at this property. We would hosting 17 for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect place for that. There were lots of beds and rooms and kitchens! (Yes, kitchens--PLURAL.) We took a lovely walk in the area and were very close to all the stores we needed.

A Must Stay!

Let me start off with this should listing is amazing and the host, Max is terrific to work with! The communication when booking this stay for us was quick and Max was able to accommodate our needs for our booking. The location was more than ideal being in a nice quite area of town along with a short distance to all our events while staying in his home. The interior of the house has that nice high end feel without breaking the bank and comes along with all the amenities. Our additional guests couldn't stop raving about the master shower. This was a wonderful stay and we cant thank Max enough for allowing us to use his home for our stay!

Beautiful house.

We had 17 people staying there from ages 3 to 65. there were plenty of beds for everyone and the games went over great with the kids. The owner said the house was remodeled a couple years ago and it was great, although it could use a deep cleaning. As for the outside, the deck needs to be rebuilt. Rebuilding a deck is a costly endeavor, and the owner said he would get it done as soon as he could save up the funds. We enjoyed this house immensely, if it weren’t for the cleaning issues and the deck in disrepair, I would give it five stars. Max was great to work with.

Nice Floorplan for Groups

The main floor kitchen, dining and living areas are great and beautifully updated! The backyard is small and tightly closed in by neighboring houses. We enjoyed the deck. The upstairs bedrooms and baths were nice and comfortable. Doors and some bedroom walls need painting, and screens were missing from some windows. The exterior of the house needs attention - it doesn't reflect the interior at all. The host was very responsive.

Spring Break Trip

A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful. Overall, the house was incredible and I will definitely stay again if I have a group to go with.

Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful, clean, and there was a great use of space. We had 16 people, 12 of which were teenagers, and were able to all have a bed for a full week. The only noteworthy downside was that I had no idea the owners lived in the basement until received my check-in instructions. Maybe it was on the listing and I didn't see it, but travelling with such a large group of minors whose parents were understandably hyper-cautious, it seemed like a curveball that I wish I'd known sooner. Nonetheless, it didn't pose a problem for us. It was a home that created memories and our whole team absolutely loved our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

Great Stay

The house had multiple bedrooms and bunk beds for younger children. Game room was great as were the TV’s in the house. Chargers for phones and other devices in every room. The house held 12 people comfortably and the kitchen and seating were great. Perfect house for a large group.
