Both rooms are very dark when the lights are off, perfect for people who love blackout sleeping conditions. Do to being in a basement, you will hear occasional footsteps and dog footsteps. Excellent property and wonderful host. We had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Patty checked in with us multiple times to make sure we comfortable.
Patty was a wonderful host to our family while we stayed in her basement for 6 weeks to help our daughter move. Patty was super helpful with neighborhoods and giving us her take on Denver living. It was much appreciated. The basement itself was cozy and comfortable with everything you might need. The location was close to hospital which we were looking for. We highly recommend!

It was close to everything we did, Ball Arena, Empower Field, golf course, airport. It was nice to have 3 beds. Most small rentals have a sleeper sofa. There were 3 of us and we each got a bed. Even though it was small, we had plenty of space for suitcases and to spread out. We enjoyed our stay
Place was just as described. Everything I needed was available to me. Lots of plugs and USB ports all throughout the place in the bedrooms and living room and kitchen. All the kitchen utensils and appliances I could possibly need, plenty of streaming services on the TV and even found creamer in the refrigerator when I made coffee which was nice. Very spacious. Bed was big and comfortable. Easy to get in and out through the garage using the entry code. You can hear people and dogs above you walking in the daytime which didn't bother me and I didn't hear anything at night time. Lots of great food options 5-10 minutes away by car. Quiet neighborhood. Was able to park my car in the driveway. Owners checked in with me via text and when I was leaving to make sure everything was going well. Great option and much more affordable than many of the other options I was considering.
