Room was nice clean and cozy, I briefly saw some of the cleaning crew and they were very friendly. The location of the area is nicely located between Evergreen and Kittredge and it's seated along side of a creek giving that peaceful stream sound to sit and listen to while enjoying your morning coffee

After growing up in Evergreen MANY years ago, I was honestly unsure of how clean and updated these could possibly be, as I remember them being pretty run down even back then! We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful evening after a wedding. The cabin was nicely updated, clean and comfortable. It was quiet & the sound of the rushing creek during the night was peaceful. We had some trouble with the coffee maker, but we let Raul (the maintenance/cleaning gentleman) know in the morning and he was happy to get that taken care of asap. Wish we could've spent longer there, but it definitely met our needs at the time. All we really needed was a clean and comfortable place near the lake house, the history and rustic character was a bonus!
