The Barn is a charming 1,000-sqft. guesthouse on a quiet half-acre, surrounded by mature trees that create a serene retreat. Just minutes from downtown Denver and Golden, it blends easy access with peaceful seclusion. Stroll to nearby Crown Hill Park to enjoy tranquil trails and scenery. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Red Rocks, the mountains, or downtown Denver. The two-story guesthouse is located behind the main house, where our family resides. The Barn features a beautiful upstairs bedroom with vaulted wood panel ceilings and large windows. The bathroom is located on the second floor, adjacent to the bedroom. The first floor features an open-format kitchen and living room, with garage door access to a hot tub and a beautiful, wooded sitting area. You’ll have easy self-check-in with keypad entry, making arrival simple at any hour. Parking is available in the driveway straightaway, with convenient access through the side gate to your private entrance.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The apartment also includes an ironing board.
