Built in 1900 and thoughtfully updated, it’s cozy, welcoming, and ideal for couples, small families, remote workers, or anyone looking to experience the best of both Denver’s city life and Colorado’s mountain escapes.

Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway, a longer work trip, or just need a change of scenery, our home provides the comfort and location you need to truly settle in and feel like a local.

The Space
Step inside and you’ll immediately feel at home in our warm and inviting space. With original details preserved alongside fresh, modern touches, the home offers both character and convenience.

Living Room:
Curl up on the oversized sectional sofa for a movie night or lazy morning with coffee. The living area is spacious, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city or hiking in the foothills.
