You will love being close to everything - his home sits between Belmar - Downtown Lakewood, Downtown Denver, and the mountains! Easy access to Wadsworth, Sheridan, I-285 and HWY 6

This is a separate studio in a large townhouse with mountain views! You have your own bedroom and small living room/office, as well as 1.5 private baths and private back patio/ separate entrance. You will also have access to the main living room, dining area, balcony, kitchen and laundry in the house.

You room has a comfortable queen bed and black out curtains for a great sleep. The office has a futon, a TV and a desk.
