Adorable Apt in the Heart of LoHi Grill, W/D, Yard

Newly renovated, cozy one bed one bath lower-level unit with private entrance and large backyard in the heart of Sunny Side. It is a 10 to 15 min walk to all of the Highlands restaurants and bars and just a 3-5 min walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, cute shops and parks. Only minutes from downtown. Enjoy your evenings on the back patio while you grill. This unit has a beautifully renovated bathroom, full kitchen, W/D, grill, large backyard and plenty of street parking. We even have an area in the back that you can park if you prefer to be off street. This is a basement apartment and there are renters or owners in the unit above you. We just recently sound proofed the bedroom but you may still hear sound from upstairs in the kitchen and living room. This unit features 7' ceilings so if you’re tall, this might not be the place for you.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The condo also includes a washing machine.
