Just 12 minutes from the heart of Downtown Denver, this retreat delivers a one-of-a-kind experience with a nostalgic twist. BEDROOMS
The home boasts four bedrooms, sleeping up to 11 guests comfortably. All beds have memory foam mattresses so you'll feel like you're sleeping on a cloud!

You will find two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos, stocked with hotel grade towels and toiletries for your convenience.

KITCHEN AND LOUNGE
Relax and unwind in style with two spacious living rooms, each adorned with comfortable furnishings and smart TVs. The main level living room is tastefully updated and provides plenty of comfortable seating around the large smart TV. The lower level living room is packed with entertainment including old school pac man, foosball, and video games. Downstairs, you will also find a second full sized kitchen!

OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside for a day of fun in the brand new, heated, seasonal pool or indulge in ultimate relaxation with a soothing 7-person hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Start your evening at the 10-person outdoor dining table, complete with cozy heaters for memorable family meals under the stars! The pool is typically open June-September.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy.

Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

We welcome up to 2 dogs. We do not allow cats.
- No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
- Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
- Please remove your shoes by the front door
-Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
-We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
-Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
-Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
- We welcome up two to pets. If you brought a pet, please be sure to add them to your reservation and clean up after them
-We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you!
- If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
