- accessing the property by stairs (about 50 steps from the parking area)
- all garbage containers placed down at the main road around 150 meters away from the complex
- coffee machine capsules are not provided
- fireplace bioethanol fuel providing with an additional cost of 20 euro per litre and CANNOT be replaced by any other fuel/type of fuel!
