WELCOME to Heisei House =Enjoy Nature and Tranquility at its Best!
The Japanese word "Heisei" translates into English meaning tranquility. “Heisei,” truly sums up what one experience and feels staying at this property. This stunning home is a well maintained with professionally landscaped yards and flower gardens. A private water landing deck with chairs and an umbrella to relax by the lake is included in this rental. It has its own private patio with lounge chairs and an umbrella with an (electronic key code entrance lock that is provided upon your rental arrival) with many other amenities listed below.

This rental is a New England saltbox home which has two bedrooms that accommodates and sleeps-(4) guest only, and comes with a full bath, 1/2 bath, and outside enclosed shower with a teak deck with Hot and Cold water, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors/fire alarms. A large Smart TV is in the living room that overlooks the stunning beautiful waterfront lake, along with being surrounded by the beauty of Nature. It is very quiet here!
Nature at its best! On the main floor--is a (shared at times kitchen but Rarely used) (fully appointed kitchen and a dining area) that seats 6 -(4) at the dining table and (2) at the breakfast counter plus a half-bathroom.
The large upper deck is available with the rental, it has a (3- burner) propane gas grill a large dining table which faces south overlooking the lake with (6) comfortable chairs. There is a easy access to the kitchen via the deck door and stairs that lead over to the gazebo on the right side of the deck stairs. The gazebo has timed lights, a table and 2-4 chairs for your comfort.

*Please note: (because of insurance liabilities ---*** A liability waiver form will need to be filled out and signed by each participant Prior to any Kayak use or water activities). *Safety first, is our motto here, so, life vests must be worn at all times while on the kayaks in the water. It about a 20 minute kayak ride to South Dennis Beach. Clancy's restaurant is on the left side while traveling to South Dennis Beach, Nantucket Sound, and the Atlantic Ocean.

*As a "Thank you Extra bonus", a beach bag worth $275 is included for use while you stay here. In it includes, a beach umbrella, an auger, a beach bag, 2 kites and kite string, 4 beach towels and 2 beach chairs.
The beds are made with sheets, 4 blankets, and a set of personal towels are provided for each of the (4) guests. Secured Internet access is supplied with a code and provided upon your arrival.

*Day of Check in is at 3PM and Morning of Check out is Prompt at 11AM.
This allows the cleaning crew time to turn over the property for the next guests.
There are several music stations available via Dish Satellite, along with many Dish Satellite TV programs,.

**Additionally there is an outside enclosed shower unit with hot and cold water and a teak deck which completes this stunning, relaxing, beautiful rental.

*Please note: "When the rental is available during the colder months" (the end of November to Mid March) an outside propane roll about heater is available for use. **Additionally, half of the main floor's area--( master dining and living room, all of 2nd floor and garage is the owner's private area and is not shared space with this rental. Rest assured: The kitchen is occasionally used and it wouldn't cause any interference or issues while the rental is in use.

* Dennis is known for its many beautiful beaches, and you're just a short drive to any of these beaches or perhaps enjoy a short leisurely kayak ride directly to South Dennis Village Beach from my home's water landing dock. Walk or bike the Cape Cod Rail Bike Trail/ Nickerson State Park just minutes away. Perhaps take advantage of the many fantastic restaurants nearby, the Hy-Line ferries to the islands (30- minutes), Hyannis Mall is a 15 -20 minute car drive away off exit 6 on 6A, or enjoy the beauty of a relaxing boat ride to watch the majestic whales in beautiful Provincetown, which is about 45 minute car ride. If you are a history buff, perhaps a car ride to Woods Hole and the Oceanographic Institute (approximately a 45-60 minute car ride). and follow the events that lead up to discovery of where the Titanic's resting place is on the deep North Atlantic Ocean bed. There so many wonderful adventures here on Cape Cod! Come on down, up or over to an adventure waiting to captivate you and your loved ones.

*This home is a centrally located ( Mid-Cape) getaway on Cape Cod, so you cut your travel time to either Woods Hole at one end to Provincetown on the other end of the Cape.

*** Please be advised, there are two older cats that live on the premises on the (main floor and upper 2nd floor--- the owner's private area), but rest assured they will not be sharing your space down in the lower level nor will they be allowed downstairs in the rental area. ***The lower level door will need to be closed at all times when walking into the kitchen - main floor area from down stairs. Thanks!

* As part of maintaining this place as a smoke free home and property -- there is no smoking anywhere on the property (an extra cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if any smoking should occur on the property and thanks in advance for being considerate of our friendly neighbors by not having late parties or hosting any loud social events. 4 adults accommodate this exclusive property, sorry, but there is no additional last minute guests or sleep over guests allowed with these accommodations. And rest assured, any maintenance concerns should they arise are taken care of promptly.

*This beautiful home is tucked away in an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of life.

There are a lot of nearby restaurants—
Stop and Shop, The Keltic Kitchen, The Creamery--- Ice Cream Store, DQ (Dairy Queen) Ice Cream, The Breakfast Room, (Barbara's Bike store for bike rentals) nearby the Cape Cod Bike Trail --- Nickerson State Park is walking distance away.
There are many light houses to visit, Nantucket Sound and the Atlantic Ocean is only a short kayak ride to the South Dennis Village Beach and West Dennis Beach areas. Corporation Beach, Mayflower Beach and many other beautiful pristine beaches are located a short car drive across 6A in this area of Mid-Cape on the Bay side. The ferries are around a 20 minute car drive depending on the flow of traffic during high season (May-September) to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
