The second cottage offers a cozy first-floor bedroom with a full-sized bed, a full bathroom with a tub, and a convenient washer and dryer. Its open-concept kitchen, dining, and family room create the perfect gathering space, while upstairs a spacious loft with two queen beds provides additional sleeping arrangements.

Outdoors, a lovely sitting area is ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing with a good book. With dedicated parking for both cottages, shared overflow parking, and a nearby town landing that makes it easy to launch kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards, the property is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. After a day of adventures, guests can rinse off in the refreshing outdoor showers before heading out to explore the Cape’s many local restaurants. There is a two-night minimum stay with an additional cleaning fee but weekly reservations of 7 nights or longer include the cleaning fee. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply.
