When you're not in the pool, you can see who is, while admiring the professionally landscaped grounds from either the large open deck or the enclosed three-season porch. Your outdoor living experience is also elevated by the presence of a fire pit and hot tub.

The property abuts conservation land, so you won't see any neighbors, unless you count the occasional rabbit or squirrel. Your outside summer experience includes dining al fresco at the generous dining table on the deck, probably enjoying something yummy you broiled on the big gas grill.

Inside this roomy 3,400 square foot home, you'll find the ideal open concept floor plan for the common space, including the thoughtfully outfitted, upscale custom kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen opens to the spacious and comfortable family room and the more formal dining area for when the occasion calls for that. There's also a home office on the main level for anyone who is working remotely while staying here.

There are five bedrooms in the house. They are all located on the second level and include a primary suite with a king bed and an updated full bath shared with one of the other bedrooms. There are three more queen bedrooms upstairs, and the fifth bedroom has twin beds! There's also a sleep sofa on the main level, which opens to become yet another queen-size sleeping option. The house has a finished basement, including a full bath with a shower, a couch, a TV, and a game table. There is also a two-car attached garage.

This location gives you plenty of things to see and do. For example, it's only 6 minutes away from Mayflower Beach, which was voted #1 as one of the top beaches on Cape Cod by US NEWS Travel. At this home, you are right up the road from the Historic Taylor-Bray Farm, which could be America's oldest continuously operating farm, beginning in 1639. Kids will love seeing all the farm animals, especially Rusty and Dusty, the friendly goats. The farm is open to visitors seven days a week, dawn to dusk. And for you sushi lovers, be sure to check out Inaho, the premier Japanese restaurant on Route 6A in Yarmouth Port, just a seven-minute drive from the house.
