This small chalet located in the Montgo has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.It has a small, charming private garden where you can enjoy a barbecue or a moment of relaxation.The communal swimming pool is located at the end of the street where the property is situated, with shaded areas and grass.Upon entering the house, we find the living room/dining room and open-plan kitchen. Everything is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities, such as air conditioning, TV, wifi and a pellet stove for the coldest months.The kitchen includes: fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine (dolcegusto), toaster and kettle.The chalet has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m) and the other with two single beds (90 cm). Both have a ceiling fan.Next to them is the bathroom with a shower and a small washing machine. It should be noted that the shower is very narrow.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and a patio. Limited housekeeping is available.

Wundervolles, kleines Häuschen

Wir sind total glücklich gewesen mit diesem Haus... Kleines eingezäuntes / gemauertes Grundstück zum sitzen und grillen... Der Gemeinschaft Pool ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Zweckmäßige Küche, mit allem was man braucht. Kleines Bad... Dieser Bungalow war einfach nur perfekt... Absolute Empfehlung und sehr gerne wieder.
