Private: with lawn and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 110 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 2.2 km, railway station 2.2 km, ferry 4 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 3 km. Sports harbour 3 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
