Ideal for enjoying a comfortable and relaxing vacation near the sea. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.

Large lawns, kidney-shaped private pool (6x3m), outdoor shower (cold), gas barbecue, garage for 1 car, 3 air-conditioners (living room + all bedrooms), marble slabs for extra heating, wood-burning fireplace in living room, 2 bathrooms, glazed terrace, 2 sun beds, free wifi, TV with satellite. Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

The Neighborhood:
Very nice and quiet residential area in the area "Les Galeretes" in Denia. Only approx. 1.3 km from the beach "Las Rotas", and the town centre is approx. 3 km away. Denia has many shopping facilities, bars, great restaurants, and much more. Even the famous ferry "Balearia" departs daily to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, and all this is only a few minutes drive from our villa. Also the golf area La Sella is only about 6 km away. Both airports Valencia or Alicante are about 100 km away.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Evelyn verbracht. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hier und da klemmt mal eine Tür und in manchem Insektengitter an den Fenstern ist ein kleiner Riss, aber alles in allem hat das unsere Urlaubsfreude nicht geschmälert. Die Lage am Fuß des Montgo führt dazu, dass ab und an heftige Winde wehen. Dafür ist die Terasse aber vollständig mit zu öffnenden Glaselementen versehen, so dass man windgeschützt sitzen kann. Durch die Garage ist das Auto immer angenehm kühl. Das Betreuungsteam steht jederzeit kurzfristig bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Estuvimos 12 dias en agosto. Todo como en las fotos. Una casa maravillosa, muy limpia y todas las comodidades. Elena, la persona de contacto estupenda en todo momento. Regalos de bienvenida. Le faltan luz en la piscina y el jardin. Recomiendo 100%. Volveremos. Muchas gracias por todo.

Great villa with pool

We had a lovely time at Denia in this villa. Everything was very clean and has everthing you need. The house had one little down side, kitchin and bathrooms are old and need a little love. Overall a good villa and would recommend!
