Welcome to this modern and cosy apartment, located on the coastline with stunning sea views, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. For your comfort there is a fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room with TV and 1 living room also with TV. There are also double corner sofas in the lounge and the dining room where you can have extra seating to spend the holidays together with the whole family. There is a huge terrace with fantastic sea views where you can meet the wonderful sunrise and sunbathe. From the terrace you will have an access to the swimming pool. Design and quality are present in every detail of the apartment to make your stay comfortable and full of joy.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with extra space. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other one with a separate shower for your comfort.

Each bedroom and living room has both hot and cold air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Underground parking is also included.

The urbanisation has its own access to the beach.
Since the urbanisation has swimming pools it is ideal both for families with children as well as for adults and children. The pool area has a separate shower, making it convenient and easy to wash off the sand carried from the beach as well as to refresh yourself before or after getting in the pool.
