This modern accommodation has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.

The villa is located in the Montgó area, thanks to which the views from the accommodation are unbeatable.

It has a beautiful garden with a barbecue and an infinity pool, as well as garden furniture (sunbeds, table, chairs, etc.) so that guests can fully enjoy the facilities the villa offers.

The house has satellite TV (German/Spanish), wifi, central heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

Upon entering the villa, we find the spacious living/dining/kitchen area, all open and with direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, various utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

In the hallway, we find the toilet, and if we continue, we can see the first en-suite bedroom with a double bed.

Going up the stairs, we find the second bedroom with a double bed, also en-suite, with shower and bathtub in the bathroom.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
