Luxurious beautiful villa in the mountain with fully fenced land and 850m2 with Mediterranean garden. The private kidney-shaped swimming pool is 8m x 5m with a spacious terrace and a perfect barbecue for cooking.



The property offers a living-dining room with panoramic views of the pool and terrace with satellite TV and air conditioning and a corner with a large sofa to rest in front of the fireplace.



The American kitchen is at the entrance of the house and contains all amenities such as gas cooker, oven, American fridge, microwave and a bar with 4 stools.



The chalet consists of a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, air conditioning, mosquito nets and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and mosquito nets. A second bedroom with a 180 cm bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and mosquito nets. And lastly, a third double bedroom with 90 cm beds, air conditioning, mosquito nets and next to a bathroom with shower in the hallway.



In the basement we find the washing machine and dryer.



The house has central heating for the coldest months.



There is a covered parking with capacity for one car although more vehicles could be parked in front of the house due to it being a quiet street without traffic.

Unser gut 5-wöchige Aufenthalt in der Villa MB Marquesa war ausgesprochen schön! Zunächst einmal möchten wir unterstreichen, dass der Service und die Betreuung durch Carlosferien in Denia perfekt war! Egal, worum es ging - die sehr netten MitarbeiterInnen von Carlosferien waren immer ansprechbar und haben stets schnell, professionell und vor allem sehr nett geholfen! Das Haus MB Marquesa liegt traumhaft und sehr ruhig in einer schönen Villengegend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen - es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen sorgenfreien und schönen Urlaub braucht, die Ausstattung ist gehoben. Sicher ist die Villa Marquesa ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, einige Türen schließen schlecht, es knarrt mal hier und mal dort…… - aber vielleicht ist es ja auch genau dieser Charme der gehobenen Gediegenheit, der den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus zu einem perfekten und unvergesslichen Erlebnis macht!
