Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this property as the listing is not accurate compared to reality. 1 - you should be aware this property is made up of two apartments; the upstairs apartment is only accessible from the outside of the property making it entirely unsuitable if travelling with children. 2 - the property’s furnishings are not as shown in the pictures. The second bedroom downstairs has no permanent bed, only a sofa bed and a metal camp bed with a very very old springy mattress. 3 - the property was in disrepair. The table football table was broken. The unit in the indoor terrace was held together with parcel tape. The patio doors outside were broken with a sign saying do not open. Two sets of kitchen cupboards were sellotaped / parcel taped close with ‘do not use’ written on a piece of paper. 4 - the overall cleanliness was very poor. There were food splatters all over the kitchen units. The floors were all grimy / dusty. The bathroom was mouldy / rusty. There were dead bugs in multiple places on the surfaces. 5 - please be aware the pool is very deep with no shallow section, though it was well maintained and clean. There is a very steep staircase in one corner leading to the lower gardens; not suitable for children and generally quite dangerous. Owner was communicative and property manager helpful which was a surprise considering how poorly the property is maintained
