La vivienda está obsoleta, sucia, falta de mantenimiento . Parece mentira que una agencia admita a estos propietarios. Lo único bueno es la Urbanización y la cercanía a la playa. También muy buena la recepción por parte de Paola.

La casa tal como se veia en las fotos , buena comodidad. Y un lugar en la cual no hay mucho ruido. El unico problema para mi ek tema de la comunicación anto con el dueño como con la aplicación, por lo resto todo muy bien

El piso del terror

El piso estaba en unas condiciones tan malas , que no estaba apto para vivir en el .La suciedad se veía nada más entrar en el piso...las lamparas llenas de polvo...pero de mucho tiempo...los ventiladores muy sucios...la cocina ,con una nevera que no funcionaba bien ...sin congelador....el congelador estaba en otra galería , lleno de moho negro ...el microondas y el horno con grasa y amarillo...la tostadora negra y con restos de pan tostado...la cafetera sin limpiar...con moho y toda oxidada....los estropajos negros de moho...una espumadera igual...el baño fatal limpiado el grifo y las rejillas amarillas...las habitaciones un espanto...sabanas muy viejas y muebles que asustan....y dentro muñecos que dan miedo....nadie nos escuchó ...ni las personas que te entregan las llaves ..ni la empresa de Vrbo...ni el dueño que está en Francia...estuvimos cinco horas haciendo llamadas para que nos llevarán a otro sitio ...después de un viaje muy largo , durante toda la noche...y me ofrecían limpiarlo...pero ,claro las mismas personas que según ellos ya lo habían limpiado...tengo fotos ..videos..etc...lo acabé desinfectando y limpiando yo y comprando todo lo necesario para poder quedarnos allí...una PESADILLA....ese piso está para reformarlo entero y poner en la cocina electrodomésticos nuevos para que no se pudra la comida a los dos días de tenerla dentro...la leche se cortaba ..horrible...de pesadilla
Esto era para escurrir los cubiertos ...así estaba todo el piso ..no puedo cargar más fotos porque no me deja ...pero tengo un monton

Muy regular

La localización está muy bien, muy cerca de la playa, pero el piso está en muy malas condiciones, los muebles, camas y sofá hechos polvo, no hay casi enchufes, ni espejos, además las tuberías olían a pescado podrido y por supuesto no hay wifi, desde luego no vale el precio que cobran. antiguo, no había espejos más que en el baño

Appartement pas très propre, tous les matelas sont a changer, climatisation que dans une pièce et qui fonctionne très mal .bac de la climatisation qui se remplit d eau à vider 3 à 4 fois par jour. dans les chambres une chaleur épouvantable sans climatisation Prises électrique certaines pas aux normes Chaises et fauteuils rafistolés, meubles rouillés, coussins du canapé avec des trous Pour une location de vacances les meubles doivent être correctes J ai toutes les photos à disposition

Résidence agréable, avec piscine, boulodrome et coin à barbecue Denia est une ville agréable et chargée d'histoire La plage est à 300 mètre Les commerces sont proches ( mais prévoir d'y aller en voiture ) Que demander de plus ?

Buenas vacaciones

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos y esta equipado con los utiles necesarios, para una correcta estancia. La urbanizacion es tranquila y los establecimientos cercanos cierran como muy tarde a las 0:30 o 1:00. Esto no nos ha supuesto ningun problema. Las instalaciones de la urbanizacion estan muy bien cuidadas, sobre todo la zona de la piscina. Muy agradable para tomar el sol, darse un baño o leer a la sombra de un arbol. Si no le doy el maximo de la puntacion, es por algunos detalles que considero que harian la estancia en su apartamento mas satisfactoria. La vitroceramica es tremendamente lenta y sus fuegos (4) todos de igual tamaño, no permiten hacer determinadas comidas. Hay 2 sartenes, la grande no es adecuada para esta vitroceramica y con una sola sarten, preparar la comida lleva mas tiempo de lo debido. La fregadera para laver los platos, no tiene una altura adecuada, por lo que al fregar los platos, cazos o sarten el agua te salpica a ti y alrededores ( suelo incluido) ni sus grifos ( separados ) funcionan bien. Por otra parte el horno microondas esta en un lugar no apto para personas de menos 1.70 m. Y por ultimo seria deseable el A.A tambien en las habitaciones, debido a la orientacion de la casa, ya que se concentra un calor insufrible, los ventiladores (abundantes) ayudan, pero su ruido es molesto para dormir con ellos encendidos. Esto ultimo quizas sea culpa nuestra, de no dejar encendido el A.A la mayor parte del dia o de la noche. ( Nos preocupaba que tubiera usted un exceso de gasto en la factura de la luz) Nosotros vivimos en el norte y no necesitamos de estos aparatos. Salvo por estos detalles, nuestra estancia en su apartamento en general a sido de nuestro agrado. Denia nos a gustado al igual que su gastronomia. Saludos. Juan Carlos E.
