Private: natural state property 800 m2, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, depth 90 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system, DVD, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Toller Ausblick, toller Pool

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, toller Ausblick, toller Pool, die Ausstattung ist z.T. etwas angestoßen, zu kleine Dusche, aber wir würden das Haus wieder mieten.
