The apartment is located directly on the sea and has a great view of the sea and the Montgo mountain. It is only 20 meters from the beach. The apartment is 72 square meters, has 2 double bedrooms, a living room with access to the large balcony, kitchen, bathroom / toilet and a dining area. The apartment has 2 balconies, a small balcony adjoining the kitchen and a large one (approx. 15 sqm) which invites you to sunbathe and relax. Park stress-free on one of the private parking spaces in front of the house, right by the sea. There are restaurants / bars and shops in the immediate vicinity. It is about 3 kilometers to downtown Denia, with many other restaurants, bars and shops. For your arrival you can choose either Alicante airport (approx. 90 km away) or Valencia airport (approx. 110 km away).

tolle Lage, 50 m zum Strand, der Strand ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich. Die Wohnung schön und sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Wir haben den Urlaub im August genossen.

Appartement très vieillot

Déçu par rapport au prix de la location, la Clim est présente uniquement dans le salon. Comme les chambres étaient très chaudes, nous avons ouverts les fenêtres pour dormir, il y avait énormément de bruit (contenter à verre, voitures, passants...) Le linge (servîtes et draps) très vieillissant et il n’y avait pas de savon que ce soit pour les mains ou la douche, enfin le strict minimum. Pas de wifi non plus et au 4e sans ascenseur donc ne pas se charger 😒. Heureusement l’hôte était agréable, l’appartement propre et, est à 1 minute à pied d’une belle plage.

Parfait emplacement pour profiter de la plage

L appartement est au bord de la plage , plage de sable blanc à 20m , parfait pour se baigner , jouer au volley ( il y a un filet) . Deux balcons est et ouest . Seul bémol , c est le dernier étage . Il y a la Climatisation, indispensable l été. Dénia est à 3km en voiture , il y a des parkings partout , c est facile . Belle ville balnéaire, animée le soir .

L'annonce était conforme à nos attentes, très bonne literie, très propre, Vue Mer, il manque juste un four micro-ondes dans la cuisine, la proximité de la route est parfois un peu présente sinon notre séjour c'est très bien passé. Merci à Zora pour son accueil.

Muy cerca de la playa, en una zona tranquila pero con supermercados, bares y restaurantes cerca. La casa bien amueblada y tiene una terraza amplia. Como aspecto negativo no tiene ascensor y a veces hace calor en la casa, y no tiene microondas.
