Wonderful apartment in Denia with 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 10 people located right next to the beach with views to the sea and a very large terrace.

The apartment is nicely furnished, is modern, and has 140 m².

It is located 10 m from Playa Albaranes sand beach, 1500 m from Denia city, 200 m from the bus station, 500 m from the supermarket, , 2000 m from Denia train station, 3 km from Las Rotas rock beach, 8 km from La Sella golf course, 90 km from Alicante Altet airport. The house is situated in a well connected neighborhood next to the sea.

We had a great stay! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is amazing right in front of the beach. The space was also a big plus. There were 7 of us, and we never felt cramped. Plenty of room for everyone to relax.

APPARTEMENT BIEN SITUÉ

Appartement bien situé et spacieux.Pas propre à l'interieur et les terrasses sales et pleines de poussière. Pas d'aspirateur. Transat cassé, prises cassées, beaucoup d'ampoules ne marchait pas, l'intérieur n'est pas en rapport avec le standing de la résidence. Les serviettes étaient vieilles et dépareillées. La piscine est tres simple mais suffisante. L'escalier est dangereux pour des enfants, pas de barrière de sécurité. A l'agence on nous a remis une pelle pour mettre dans la location, cela ne nous était jamais arrivé. Une gestion très particulière. La cafetière est ridiculement petite à filtre. Heureusement nous n'y avons passé que 2 nuits. Je ne retournerais pas dans cette location.

El apartamento está genial, se trata de un ático dúplex en primera linea de playa, los baños están bien, las camas también, y la cocina está totalmente equipada, el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y tiene dos plazas de garaje. Muy recomendable.
