Bungalow in Dénia in a private urbanization in the Montgo Natural Park. Exclusive and magnificent development of detached villas with swimming pools and tennis court. Wonderful views of the Mediterranean and the Montgo Mountain. Built in 2008. Neat decoration, very cozy with all the comforts. Renewed 2,013. Private garden. Parking. A 5-minute drive from the Blue Flag fine sand beach and the city center.

Petite maison tres agréable au calme. Parfait pour se reposer! Vue sur la mer d'un côté et sur la montagne de l'autre...Tres bon contact avec la propriétaire qui nous a donné plein de conseils pour les visites ainsi qu'avec Gerardo qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Le petit jardin parfait pour notre chienne!Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région (Valencia, Alicante, Altea, Calpe....)15 jours de vraies vacances!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, ruhig und bietet einen schönen Blick auf Denia und das Meer, Direkt am Montgo gelegen fährt man ca. 8 Minuten bis runter nach Denia. Teilweise ist oben im Berg das Wetter schlechter als unten am Meer. Der kleine Garten, der einem alleine zur Verfügung steht hat eine kleine Terrasse zum draussen sitzen und ist schön. Der zur Verfügung stehende Swimming Pool ist 2 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Wir waren immer alleine da. 3 Wochen waren wir in der Wohnung und sind gerne Selbstversorger. Dieses ist sehr eingeschränkt bis gar nicht möglich, da zwar einige Küchenutensilien da sind, aber vieles nicht mehr nutzbar ist. Ein Kugelgrill steht zur Verfügung. Die Matratze des Hauptbettes muß dringend erneuert werden, Bettwanzen und Rückenschmerzen haben uns den ganzen Urlaub begleitet. Die sehr alte Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sollte man sich vor Nutzung genauer anschauen. Die 2 Sofas im Wohnraum sind so durchgesessen, dass die Phantasie fehlt wie man darauf schlafen könnte. Bei 3 Wochen entsteht Schmutz, auch hier die zur Verfügung stehenden Utensilien sind fast nicht nutzbar und machen es somit schwer, die Sauberkeit herzustellen. Die Lage und Terrasse/Garten haben den Rest nicht so überwiegt, dass wir hier eine Empfehlung aussprechen können.

Joli emplacement pour un séjour au calme

Emplacement sur les hauteurs de Dénia, au calme. L’appartement qui est une partie de la maison du propriétaire, bénéficie d’une entrée et d’un petit jardin privatif avec une jolie vue mer sur un côté du jardin. parfait pour 2 personnes et très bien équipé. L’accueil à été très agréable.

Ubicado en las faldas del montgo. Vistas muy bonitas y un entorno muy tranquilo. Fuimos una pareja con un labrador, y los 3 hemos estado muy a gusto. Para repetir sin duda.

Was niet wat we ons hadden voorgesteld na foto's bekijken en contact met verhuurder.

De bedden waren goed en het huisje schoon. Op theedoeken na was de inventaris compleet. Maar wij fietsen graag tijdens onze vakanties. Het huis ligt echter hoog op een heuvel waar we zelfs met een electrische fiets niet tegenop konden. Dus als we wilden fietsen moesten we eerst met de auto met fietsen op drager, altijd toch gepriegel. Ook bleek uit de foto's niet dat tennisbaan en zwembad ergens anders (wel dichtbij) lagen, waardoor de tuin, en daarmee ook de zonnigheid in de tuin tegenvielen.

Séjour idyllique

Bungalow très confortable pour 2 personnes. Bien qu'il faille une voiture car éloigné de la plage et du centre de Dénia (2 km), c'est un endroit très reposant, au calme avec une belle vue sur la mer et le Montgo. Nous y avons fait de bonnes siestes à l'ombre des palmiers ! Nous avons pu prendre tous les repas dehors malgré la chaleur car la terrasse est bien située. Dénia est une ville très sympa, très bien équipée (restos, équipements sportifs, plages...). Les proprietaires sont discrets mais présents en cas de besoin. Super séjour à refaire si possible.

QUE DU BONHEUR !!!!!

Un accueil extraordinaire de la part du propriétaire des lieux, l appartement est bien au delà de ce que l on peut voir sur les photos. Emplacement superbe , très calme sur les hauteurs du Montgo avec une vue sur la mer et sur la montagne. L intérieur du bungalow est décoré avec beaucoup de gout, on s y sent chez soi instantanément . Le propriétaire est à la fois très discret et très disponible pour répondre à nos requêtes . avis aux vacanciers si vous partez à Dénia, n'hésitez pas...... Eric et Christine

Endroit paradisiaque au calme

Dans un cadre enchanteur, ce petit nid d'amour est au calme. Tout est parfait et Gérardo et Maria jesus sont adorables avec leurs hôtes. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve et nous revenons bientôt tellement le coin est joli.

Paradis sur El Montgo

Une petite maison parfaitement équipée, avec une décoration raffinée et un point de vue époustouflant sur la mer! Nos barbecues à l'extérieur ont été un régal culinaire et des yeux. Gerardo et Maria Jesùs, les propriétaires, attentifs à tout besoin éventuel, veillent à leur petit paradis. Un endroit un peu distant du centre-ville (un véhicule est nécessaire), mais tellement au calme. Nous reviendrions sans aucune hésitation.

"Joli logement coquètement décoré. Situé tout près de la montagne à l'écart des routes passantes, offre une belle vue sur la mer. Toutefois la piscine offerte n'est pas dans la résidence mais à quelques 200 mètres en bas de la côte. Secteur résidentiel très calme et silencieux. Programme touristique Dénia très apprécié. Propriétaire accomodant."
