This spectacular penthouse is the best option for your next vacation in Dénia!

It is located in a perfect area, very close to La Marineta Casiana Beach, the Dénia Marina and the city center. In addition, it is in a newly built urbanization perfect for families, with an adult and children's pool, community garden, social club and gym. It even has its own underground parking space so you don't have to worry about the car!

The apartment is super comfortable and spacious. It is on the fourth floor and has an elevator. It has two double bedrooms (one with a 150 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds), two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, kitchen and living room. On the upper floor we access its large terrace with incredible views of the Montgó. It is equipped with a table, chairs, chill-out area, barbecue, sun loungers and bioclimatic pergola so you can enjoy meals outdoors.
