Nice apartment just near the beach for 7 persons in a very attractive, calm community area with large pools and well kept, huge gardens. The apartment on the first floor (with lift) offers an open plan living-/dining area with a fully fitted open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 1 with a bunk bed with 90cm and 135cm beds), 2 shower bath rooms and a large roofed terrace with fantastic views to the gardens and pools.
The holiday home is completely furnished and equipped with washing machine, TV (spanish), wifi internet, air conditioning hot/cold in the lounge, ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, microwave, oven, terrace furniture, sun beds, etc. The attractive community "Luz del Mediterraneo" offers huge gardens with sun shades, large pools with jacuzzi and a paddle tennis court. Besides there is a private parking space in the subterranean garage at your disposal.
Calm location at only 3 min. walk to the sandy beach (250 m), just 100 meters from several restaurants, 550 meters from the large supermarket "Consum", 300 meters from the nearest pharmacy, etc. The city of Denia can be reached by car or bus easily within 10 minutes (5 km). The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour.
