Cosy 2 bedroom flat with terrace and communal pool. The flat is situated on the ground floor of a quiet urbanisation with swimming pool and well maintained garden, only a few steps away from the sandy beach.
It offers a cozy lounge with dining area, TV spanish, access to the beautiful terrace with sunloungers, table and chairs and direct access to the swimming pool. The open-plan kitchen is perfectly fitted, with electric chip pan (without oil), toaster, coffee machine.  2 double bedrooms with double bed. The bathroom has a shower. The flat is fully furnished and equipped, electric radiators, washing machine, sun loungers, TV TDT and wifi internet. There is a communal parking right in front of the entrance.
Calm location at only a few steps from the marvellous Les Deveses sandy beach. Within a radius of 10 minutes walking, there are several restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The city of Denia is at 9 km from the apartment and can be reached by car easily within 10 minutes. The villages of Els Poblets and El Verger, both with a good infrastructure, are at only 2 and 3 km from the holiday home. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour.For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.
