Lovely central apartment

The apartment was lovely with everything you could want for a pleasant holiday. A large pool, close to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

The property was very clean and tidy and was exactly as described. No issues at all with the stay as there is everything that you need here in a very nice complex. If I was being a bit "picky" then I think the towels/linen probably needs renewing and as others have said a few more kitchen utensils and definitely some sharper knives! I would definitely return so I guess thats the best recommendation!

Great apartment in great location

We really loved our stay. The complex is well looked after and the pool is beautifully clean. Being on the ground floor with access to the pool directly is perfect. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and we hope to stay again!

Great Quiet Winter Location

We had a good stay at the apartment. Everything we needed was supplied. It was an easy walk to the beach and marina and it was lovely being able to sit outside on the patio. The complex was very quiet as there were only a handful of units occupied. The only challenge we had was the steep stairs we had to navigate when taking our dog out to do her business. Denia is a great location if you want to visit Javea, Altea, Alicante and Benidorm. All were within a one hour drive.

Lovely well equipped apartment

Stayed here on a 2 week cycling holiday. Lovely well equipped apartment with all nice little touches of home. Annika was very welcoming and lovely. Only thing was the internet that worked for 3 days then stopped working. When we went on to Calpe for our second week exactly the same thing happened with the internet so could be a network problem in Spain. However it didn't spoil our holiday as the apartment had lots of dvds to watch . Denia is charming and was in walking distance. The castle is well worth a visit.

Nice appartment within a well maintained secure complex within easy walking distance to Denia Centre

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a terrace opening up onto a grass area by the pool. It is well positioned and has the sun into the evening. There are sunloungers available that you can take to the pool area. The underground car park is easy to use. There was a lifeguard at the pool until the evening. We also noticed a security guard in the late evening. The complex is gated and feels secure. The apartment was clean and it was useful having two bathrooms. The second bedroom doesn't have air conditioning however a fan is provided. The apartment was easy to book and we got our security deposit back quickly. The local agent Annick was very friendly. We experienced issues with some appliances. The oven, grill and freezer did not work. This meant that for our holiday this apartment was not self catering. This was reported to the owner.

First visit to Denia

We were immediately impressed by the good appearance of all the properties. The surrounding area (grass, pool area, gardens, car park and entrances) were all clean and well maintained. We particularly liked the security of the Complex. Our apartment was modern,light and furnished to a good standard. The kitchen was very well equipped. Fridge freezer was a good size. Very useful hairdryer in bathroom. Terrace was a good size, with a variety of beach chairs,deckchairs and loungers. We liked the position of the apartment...offering easy access to the pool. The walk from the apartment to the older part of Denia took about 20 minutes and was a very pleasant one.

Perfect apartment in fab location

We have stayed in this apartment block before but on the road side. Due to having small children we wanted to stay near the pool on ground floor to enable kids to sleep while we were on the terrace. This worked perfectly and I would definitely go to this apartment again. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped in the kitchen. Beds comfy and felt like a home from home. Will be returning.

Lovely Apartment in a Great Location but Internet from the dark ages

We were met by Annick on time having called from the airport and shown where to park, underground, and taken up to the apartment. Very spacious, clean and tidy and well equipped with doors that open on to a large private patio area where we spent most of our time with steps down to the pool area, right out side the door. At this time of year it was very quiet, which we great for us but I'd imagine that in the summer it'll be a whole different story. The complex is very well kept and is in a fantastic location within a 10 minute walk to the marina area and with an Aldi about 4 or 5 minutes walk. However, I specifically only book apartments with Wifi. This one has Wifi but, as a business owner, I needed to be in touch and able to work and also like to keep up with TV from the UK so like to be able to watch catch-up TV on line - Forget that. There are 2 Wifi systems which are quite convoluted to sort out. The Wifi for the apartment which, at best, managed .78mbs download and .38mbs upload (which also kept dropping out) and the complex wifi which managed .35 and no upload speed (35mbs in my village) - In this day and age that simply is not acceptable and was all but useless especially when it was trying to be used by others at the same time. This, for me, was a huge issue and for that reason alone I would not return to this apartment or this complex. If internet access is not an issue for you then you will love it - but it's a real no no for me.

Quick and nice communication with Owners. Local agent available for late arrival, nothing was a problem. Apartment and equipment are exactly as per description. All offer photos are 100% correct. We enjoyed the stay and recommend it. Great location, easy access to main roads (if you drive) and walking distance to city and port. Variety of beaches in nearby. During our stay weather was 100% sunny. Highly recommended!!

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss einer sehr großen Wohnanlage mit mehreren Häusern. Zwischen den Häusern befindet sich der schöne große Pool. Hier ist immer ordentlich was los. Viele Familien mit Kindern verbringen hier ihre Urlaubstage und dementsprechend muss man mit einem höheren Geräuschpegel rechnen. Bei geschlossener Terrassentür war es aber in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig. Von der Terrasse hat man direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich. So kann man auf der Terrasse unter sich bleiben und ist trotzdem direkt am Pool. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Zum Strand mit Chiringuito sind es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß und ins Zentrum von Dénia läuft man in ca. 20 Minuten. Ein schöner Spaziergang am Meer entlang. Vor allem für Familien mit Kindern können wir die Wohnung und die Anlage empfehlen.

wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het appartement. we hadden een appartement en daardoor een groot buitenterras wat voor onszelf maar ook voor onze hond heerlijk was. mooi zwembad maar houd er rekening mee dat het niet verwarmd is. mooie tuin en alles wordt netjes schoon gehouden. denia heeft mooie stranden, historische binnenstad, leuke winkels en je kunt er heerlijk genieten van de spaanse keuken. het is toeristisch maar niet te druk en dat heeft ons aangesproken zodat we volgend jaar weer gaan terug komen.

Bis zum 30.11.2022 haben wir zu zweit 5 Wochen in dem gut ausgestatteten Apartment in der ruhigen und gepflegten Anlage gewohnt und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Dénia kennen wir seit über 30 Jahren und haben schon in den verschiedensten Unterkünften unseren Urlaub verbracht. In diesem Apartment merkt man, dass die Eigentümerin sehr bemüht ist, ihren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, zum Beispiel lagen Infomappen in mehreren Sprachen aus und die notwendigen Verbrauchsmaterialien wie z.B. Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier, Tabs für die Spülmaschine oder Kaffeepads waren vorhanden, verbunden mit der Bitte, diese für die Nachmieter wieder aufzufüllen. Die windgeschützte Terrasse lädt auch an windigen Tagen zum Sonnenbad ein, die sehr bequemen Sitzmöbel im Innen- und Außenbereich machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Wir sind mit dem eigenen Auto aus Deutschland angereist und konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher und geschützt auf der teilweise überdachten Terrasse abstellen. Die Apartmentanlage ist eingezäunt und nur über einen Schlüssel zu betreten und zu verlassen, die regelmäßigen Kontrollgänge der freundlichen Hausmeister tragen zu einer angenehmen und sicheren Atmosphäre bei. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin und der Kontaktperson vor Ort war prima und die Antworten auf unsere Fragen erfolgten sofort. Sehr gerne wieder! Heike und Rüdiger

Bel appartement très bien situé

Appartement donnant directement sur la piscine avec terrasse. Climatisation bruyante qui résonne, oblige de la coupée la nuit pour dormir. Literie dans la chambre enfant à remplacer, mon fils a mal dormi à cause des ressorts. Quelques défauts que j’ai résolu ( resserage des pieds des lits, enlèvement du calcaire dans les robinetteries)maigres ça nous avons passer un bon séjour, dénia est une ville accueillante, vous voulez de très bon jambons aller absolument dans un mercadona et pas ailleurs. Pour les restaurants privilégiés ceux dans les petites rues au port.
