Spacious and beautiful villa to enjoy your family vacation. It has a garden area with a private pool and barbecue.

The interior is distributed over 2 floors, the ground floor has a living-dining room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The upper floor is distributed in a large living-dining room, closed kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and one single. 2 full bathrooms. It has air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms.

It has several terraces, both on the upper and lower floors.

Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca, both the edge of the sea and the inland landscapes, orange and almond groves, charming towns, natural parks. You can also visit the Benidorm attraction parks. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all types of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for trips along the coast. In Denia you eat very well. Its numerous restaurants offer tasty and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to satisfy all palates whether in the typical fishing district, the pedestrian streets around the castle or the beautiful terraces by the sea.
