035 Villa Bugamvilla

Charming villa with pool and garden near to Denia (approx. 2.5 km.) In the foothills of the mountain Montgo.

The villa it has a nice garden with grass, swimming pool, large parking area, outside shower, terraces.

It consists of two floors. On the ground floor we find a large living room with comfortable and rustic furnitures, a spacious dining room also with access to the American kitchen which is fully equipped, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one with twin beds and one double) with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with tub. On the first floor, the master bedroom is complemented by a dressing room, terrace, and a bathroom with shower. Hence access a solarium where you can enjoy the magnificent view of Denia and the sea. There is air conditionning only in the main bedroom.

The villa is ideal for a perfect vacation, thanks to its privacy and tranquility of its location (on the slopes of Montgo) and it has also the advantage of being very close to La Pedrera, a small hamlet belonging to Denia where we find any kind of services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc..

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. Denia offers many possibilities like shopping, going to “La lonja” the typical fishers market place, visiting the castle, walking in the prestigious area of the Montgo Natural Park with fantastic views to the coast. Denia is a gastronomical city. You will find a typical Mediterranean cuisine made with healthy and fresh ingredients from this area like tapas and countless ways to prepare rices like the famous “paella”. Vacances à Dénia par DÉNIASOL

Rapidité d’exécution de Déniasol pour notre bien être ….. Le loueur devrait investir dans soit une climatisation en bas ou revoir ses ventilateurs surtout quand il faut 34.5 degré. L’équipe Déniasol à réponds présent et très vite dans L’heure qui a suivi mon appel quand nous avions cru que la lumière de plafond de la cuisine ne marchait pas !!!! Il marchait mais il faut attendre au minimum 1 minutes avant que cela s’allume ….. Ceci à part la Villa est superbe et très agréable…. Il manque les chaînes de TV Française dommage

Buena atención y servicio de DENIASOL.

La casa está bien, quizás mejorar algunos aspectos del menaje, algún electrodoméstico, ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones de la planta baja. El servicio y la atención recibida por la agencia estupendo. Cualquier problema lo resuelven con rapidez y con mucha atención.
