Completely renovated villa with a beautiful garden, private pool and outdoor dining area with barbecue next to it. The interior of the Villa is distributed on one floor, very comfortable. with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a nice bright living-dining room with access to the pool-barbecue area.

Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both along the sea and inland landscapes, fields of orange and almond trees, charming villages, natural parks. You can also visit the amusement parks of Benidorm. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all kinds of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the ferry leaves for Ibiza and boats for trips along the coast. In Denia you eat very well. Its many restaurants offer tasty and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to satisfy all palates, whether in the typical fishing district, the pedestrian streets around the castle or the beautiful terraces by the sea. It is an ideal place for long walks on the beach, in the port or towards the Castle and typical fishermen's quarter. It has a complete commercial offer to go shopping.
