Beautiful location

Gorgeous main room, and plenty of room for the kids too. Bedding was supplied, but sheets could do with updating. Kitchen was well appointed, with plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses. BBQ functioned well and lounge area was great. A few beanbags or similar for the lounge area would be good, as the house can sleep 7 but only enough lounges for 6.

Excellent Location

Had a wonderful time at the property. The beach was a short stroll from the backyard. The house was in a quiet location which made relaxing easy, but was also very close to local shops which was super handy. The bedrooms were neat, tidy, and comfortable. Communication with the property management was so easy, as was check in. The house is in need of a deep clean (downstairs bathroom a bit dirty, marks on the wall, cobwebs), but that didn’t ruin our experience. Definitely recommend, really enjoyed our stay.

A modern 2 level house with beautiful ocean views. Excellent location on a quiet street and a walking distance to Surf Beach. The house was clean, however, the bottom level needs some TLC. Property management were very easy to liaise with & very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay & highly recommend the property for a week stay in Denhams Beach.

Great Xmas stay

Excellent location, and the property was great. Really appreciated the constant updates from the property manager in the lead up which helped the start of the holiday. Definitely be heading back at some point.

Roomy, comfy & well located

The property has plenty of room and is comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and easy drive from Sydney. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with utensils. If you have choice of rooms, take the master bedroom as it and the ensuite are big (ensuite bigger than the bathroom). Easy walk to Surf Beach and small shopping centre (& beach cafe). The outside deck and balcony should have a roof so they can be enjoyed when raining. We had a minor cleaning issue with dead flies and bugs in the master bedroom and ensuite. Apparently a pest spray occurred prior but those areas weren’t cleaned afterwards. There’s also a minor damp issue. This is the reason for the 4/5 rating. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

The master bedroom is the gem. Every morning you wake to see the sun rise over the ocean. New kitchen with handsome tourmaline look benches is well stocked. The listing doesn't mention the wide screen TV with DVD and wiii u (bring your faves). We were very comfortable here.

A great property in an excellent location . Everything we needed was here along with spectacular views from the property and a great beach. Facilities first class and property very clean. Thoroughly recommend for a holiday in this region.
