The villa is located near the woods and dunes, in the middle of the unique De Dennen nature reserve. You are just 2 km from beach pavilion Paal 17. The villages Koog, with its cosy terraces, and Den Burg, the shopping heart of Texel, are a few kilometres from the villa.
The bright living room leads to a spacious south-facing terrace where children can play safely and carefree. The living room with open kitchen is modern and fully equipped. From March 2023, this residence will be gas-free and equipped with a kitchen with induction hob. You can relax in the hot tub after an active day in this beautiful region.
